Olympia yards come with two constants: trees and rain. The wooded, water-adjacent lots down here are beautiful, and they ask for outdoor spaces that drain well and hold up to a long wet season.
We plan for the water from the start. Good drainage and grading come first, then the deck, the patio, and the covered, heated areas that let you use the space from October through spring. On south sound and Budd Inlet lots, we build around the view and the shoreline instead of flattening what makes the property special.
Everything runs as one build, design through lighting, so the deck, the hardscape, and the planting belong to a single space. Composite and thermally modified wood decks, an outdoor kitchen, a fire feature under cover, and planting suited to shade and rain: outdoor living that fits how Olympia actually lives outside.

Chris or Cameron shows up. It's not a sales pitch — it's both sides deciding whether the fit is right. Bring your questions. We'll bring ours. If it's a fit, we keep going. If not, you've lost nothing.

See it before the shovel
Your conceptual landscape design is a real plan — materials, layout, planting, lighting, and a clear cost estimate — worked out at the kitchen table before the first day of work. No lowball quotes that balloon later. You see the project, then decide.

Real numbers, walked through line by line
No off-the-hip estimates. We sit with you and explain what each line item buys and where the cost comes from. From there the work runs on time and materials — you pay for the actual hours on your property and the actual materials used, never a guess that balloons later. It's the fairest model for both sides.

Same crew, every week
The same crew builds your project start to finish. Same names on site through the whole build. Changes aren't arguments — they're conversations, talked through and approved before anyone swings a tool.

We don't disappear at the end
Walkthrough, punch-out, follow-up. Many projects roll naturally into a maintenance contract because the team you've worked with for weeks is the same team you'll see next spring. Most of our clients come back for a second or third project.

Our lot is wet and wooded. Can you still build outdoor living?
Yes, and it is common down here. We solve the drainage and grading first, then build the deck and patio on ground that stays dry, so a soggy, shaded yard becomes a space you can actually use most of the year.
Do you build on waterfront lots?
Yes. On south sound and Budd Inlet lots we plan the retaining and the sight lines around the water, so the deck and outdoor living space frame the view rather than fight the grade.
