Grounds that stay sharp, season after season.
Maintenance contracts · South Sound
One crew, on a schedule, all year.
Most of our commercial work is ongoing maintenance — office campuses, multifamily communities, and retail sites that need one reliable point of contact for everything outside the building. Pruning, beds, turf, irrigation, seasonal color, cleanups, and storm response, calibrated to the way PNW seasons actually move.
It's our own crew, not a rotating sub. The same people service the property each visit, learn how it's built, and catch the small things before they turn into line items. You get notes after each visit, a calendar set in advance, and a number that picks up.
Billing runs on time and materials — you pay for the hours and materials a property actually takes, not a flat monthly guess that pads the slow months and shorts the busy ones.
Walk,
schedule, maintain.
- I.
Property walk
We walk the site with you, look at what's there and what it's costing now, and flag what's getting missed. No charge for the first walk.
- II.
Maintenance plan + calendar
A scope and a calendar of visits — weekly, biweekly, or seasonal — with the seasonal touchpoints mapped out ahead of time. Priced on time and materials, so the plan fits the property instead of a guess.
- III.
Same crew, every visit
The same Father Nature crew services the property each cycle, leaves notes on what got done, and stays ahead of the work. One point of contact for everything outside the building.
What the build looks like
from your side.
Most of our buyers have been burned before — by a quick-quote contractor, a vague estimate, a crew that vanished. Here's what to expect, step by step.
- I.
The first meeting
Chris or Cameron shows up. It's not a sales pitch — it's both sides deciding whether the fit is right. Bring your questions. We'll bring ours. If it's a fit, we keep going. If not, you've lost nothing.

See it before the shovel
Your conceptual landscape design is a real plan — materials, layout, planting, lighting, and a clear cost estimate — worked out at the kitchen table before the first day of work. No lowball quotes that balloon later. You see the project, then decide.
- III.
Real numbers, walked through line by line
No off-the-hip estimates. We sit with you and explain what each line item buys and where the cost comes from. From there the work runs on time and materials — you pay for the actual hours on your property and the actual materials used, never a guess that balloons later. It's the fairest model for both sides.
- IV.
Same crew, every week
The same crew builds your project start to finish. Same names on site through the whole build. Changes aren't arguments — they're conversations, talked through and approved before anyone swings a tool.

We don't disappear at the end
Walkthrough, punch-out, follow-up. Many projects roll naturally into a maintenance contract because the team you've worked with for weeks is the same team you'll see next spring. Most of our clients come back for a second or third project.
Put your property on a schedule.
We walk the site, look at what it needs and what it's costing now, and put together a maintenance plan that fits. New build-outs and renovations welcome too — start the conversation early.
